I had no idea what was ahead of me, but my mum gave me the best advice ever. ‘If it’s easier for you to take one day at a time or even an hour at a time, then do that. Don’t stress yourself of what he may or may not be able to do when he grows up but deal with it when you get there’. So that’s what I’ve done ever since and that’s what helped me.
Michael’s favourite thing is listening to music and singing along to One Direction.
Michael’s favourite food is McDonald’s (that’s because his Granddad fed him fries at 4 months when I told him not to).
Michael’s favourite thing is going to his church youth group and his favourite sayings are, ‘I’m taller now and it’s my Birthday Soon’.
His greatest challenge at the moment is trying not to use the water out of the toilet bowl to style his hair… (He’s obsessed with his hair and looking like One Direction).
Michael is one of 5, and is sooooo loved by his family and friends, I know when its his birthday because Instagram comes alive with birthday wishes from everyone in his and my circle.
